Our systems are capable of using a large variety of security and life safety devices. Below is a general outline of what each sensor is designed for and how it incorporates into our system. All sensors also come in wireless and wired models, depending on the application.
*Depending on size and scope of system, additional devices and controls may be required for sensors*
You can also look directly at our Manufacturers' Websites and see the exact models that are available. We are authorized dealers for all manufacturers listed.
-Perimeter Sensors
Perimeter sensors are the most commonly used sensors. These can be applied to doors and windows but can be used in other applications as well. These include garage doors, safes, jewelry boxes, cabinets, and anything else that can completely opened and closed securely.

-Motion Sensors
Motion detectors monitor activity in an area and are generally used for arming while away from a residence. There are many categories of motions for different applications. Options include pet immunity, outdoor, long distance, and 360 degree types.
-Glass Break Detection
These sensors detect audible sensitivity associated with glass being broken. One detector can generally cover an entire room of glass, and therefore offer many benefits. A common example is a reduction in cost of several window sensors compared to one glass break detector for a room.

-Smoke Detectors/Heat Detectors
Smoke and Heat Detectors are the most important resource a system can include. These fire sensors are Monitored 24/7, even if the system is disarmed. If they go into alarm, the Fire Authorities are dispatched automatically. This is far better than generic detectors that most homes include, which only make noise if activated. Also, if a monitored system has fire protection insurance companies generally offer a 10-15% discount on home owner's insurance!

-Carbon Monoxide Detectors
Carbon monoxide is the deadly gas that has gained exposure in recent years. Our system can include these life-saving devices and be monitored directly by our central station 24/7. This is especially important for those homes with furnaces, natural gas, or other fuel-burning appliances. Our CO detectors are far more advanced than those available in major stores, and of course are monitored by our system.
-Other Sensors
There are many specialized sensors and devices that can be incorporated into our systems. These include Panic Buttons, Flood/Water Sensors, Freeze Sensors, etc.
There are also many additional features in our I-Control system, including control of your lights, thermostats, cameras, and doors.
